Important Updates - 03.12.2025
Application Window
- The 2025/26 bursary application portal is now live and open for applications.
If you need help with applying, you can request an appointment by emailing [email protected]- Christmas Closure
- The Bursary Team and Pay My Student Portal will be closed from Thursday 18 December and will reopen on Monday 5 January. The portal will be undergoing essential maintenance.

Learners with incomplete applications must pay Instalment 1 and Instalment 2 unless an eligible application is submitted. No temporary pass extensions will be issued.- 16–19 Bursary Fund
Funds are running low — please ensure your application and evidence are completed before the Christmas break to avoid delays.- External Travel Support
Submit one week’s worth of receipts or proof of costs per half term. A reminder will be sent each half term. You must maintain 85% attendance to receive support.- Kit, Uniform, Books, Counselling & AAT
Upload proof of purchases directly to the relevant PayMyStudent questionnaire, taking payment/closure dates into account.
For Hair & Beauty, BFC, and Culinary, contributions may be paid directly to your department.- January Starters
